Set up an apples-to-apples comparison
Choose the same number of people and dinners before looking at offers. Record the delivery area and the date. Exclude optional extras initially, then add only the upgrades your family would actually order.
Keep introductory discounts in their own column. The decision becomes clearer when you can see the regular delivered total alongside the first-box price.
Compare recipes you would really cook
Choose three plausible dinners from each current menu. Check ingredients, equipment, pantry requirements, and the structure of the instructions. Count how many meals pass your household’s must-have list.
Do not treat the number of available recipes as the same thing as the number of suitable recipes. A smaller selection with several reliable choices can be more useful than a large selection you rarely want.
Use the result to choose a trial
If both shortlists work, a lower recurring total may decide the question. If one menu fits substantially better, calculate what that difference costs per week and decide whether it is worth it to you.

Questions worth asking
Is EveryPlate always cheaper?
We have not verified every plan, delivery area, or promotion. Compare matched regular-price quotes including shipping and selected upgrades.
Can I compare their first-box offers?
Yes, but record the regular totals too. Different discount structures can make a first-box comparison a poor estimate of ongoing cost.
